- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
- Non-Processing Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Not available at this time.
- Regional & Remote Areas: Delivery times may be slightly longer depending on the destination.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, peak shopping periods, or courier delays.
5. Shipping Process
- Courier Services: We ship via AusPost to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s).
- Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
- Delayed Shipments: Unexpected delays due to natural disasters, weather disruptions, or carrier issues may occur. We will keep you updated if your order is affected.
