1. What currency are the prices listed in?

All prices on our website are in AUD (Australian Dollar).


2. I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Order processing takes 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


3. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days (Monday - Friday), depending on your location and the shipping carrier.


4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

To cancel, email us at hello@driftnoosa.com as soon as possible.

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned once delivered.

5. I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@driftnoosa.com.

  • We can update your shipping details if your order has not yet been processed.
  • If your order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address or issue a refund.

6. I am not happy with my order. Can I return it?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days and issue a refund.

Note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.


7. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item

We will process a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


8. Do you offer exchanges?

We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

  • If you need a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within Australia.
